new to guinea pig life

Hi,

I have recently got some guinea pigs for my daughters birthday, They are great!! I am addicted to guinea pigs now. We have two females, Buttercup and Daisy they are about 12 weeks old now. They eat loads, love cucumber. They are not very vocal though, I was expecting lots of mweeping but very little noise from them so far. My daughter is making a fabulous foster mum for them, she is 9 and loves to hold and chat to them. We have bought them a tube to play in which they love. If anyone has any advice for us newbies to cavies then can't wait to hear from you.

Hi Im new to guinea pigs to,have the hutch,got all the required hay etc not got my guineas yet though,looking forward to all the tips and advice as a complete novice here.
